Just a bit of an introduction to my blog…
I’m still learning the ups and downs to this beta blogger. It’s entirely different than the old blogger version. With just a few ‘good’ and different ammenities. And, for me, after using the older version and learning on that, it’s very difficult to learn the ins and outs. I do like the fact that I now have control of the comment section for EACH blog. I can actually post a blog for a day, and if it’s perhaps a more controversial blog, and I choose NOT to have comments.
But, I will not have my blog filled with subjects that offend either, or at least it’s not intended. Ya, I have my own opinions and thoughts, of course, and some may be not what others would agree to, but they’ll never be something you’d feel you have to flag it.
I’ve been working on the design of the blog and learning page elements and a whole different way of coding called xml…believe me, I’ve pulled a few extra gray hairs out the past month or so! And learning to design and use a three columned blog template wasn’t easy…days of adjusting, etc.
Is it worth it? I don’t know yet. All I do know is, I hope ya’ll enjoy reading what I have to say. If you can’t stay, it’s okay too, ’cause I’m here to have fun with OR without you. It’s my blog, and I’ll party if I want to!!
It took me months to come up with a ‘catchy title’ for my new blog. Since everything lately has “been a hoot” to me…I’ve been told “You’re a real hooting Anni.” Naturally I jumped on it, HOOTin’ Anni!! Oh and the fact that hootenanny is actually a word, doesn’t mean a thing!! *wink*
With a hootenanny, usually comes a party or a gathering of one’s friends—I ask, “What better time to open my Hootin’ Anni but now?!”
About the fact that my sweet cheeks is bored with my ‘what a hoot’ annotations? That’s a shame, isn’t it? He’ll have to learn to live with it. *What a hoot!!*
